Good news for familes moving into the Burlingame Elementary school district. Much needed space will be added to Lincoln and McKinley Elementary Schools in Burlingame . As reported by the SF Examiner on November 22, 2009, these schools will each get an additional building with six to eight classrooms to address the growing enrollment needs. Funds being used are coming from Prop A funds, which were approved by local voters in 2007. Classrooms are scheduled to be completed by Fall 2011.
