I know it is here in Orange County. My advise to sellers is to pretend they are buyers looking for homes in their area. Sometimes it is a even a good idea for their listing agent to take them out for an afternoon to look at other homes on the market. Sellers then need to ask themselves, "How does my house compare with the competition and what would I pay for my house if I was buying it in today's market?" I think this is true everywhere.
