Buying Real Estate right now reminds me of the decision we made years ago when we decided to get a puppy. We questioned, was it the right time or should we wait until the kids were older, could we afford it and was it the right dog for our family. Hershey has been a member of our family for ten years and we can’t imagine life without her. Our friends warned us that we will not be traveling and how much work a dog will be. Surprisingly, we love the fact that she makes us take long walks and we still leave for vacations. Here is my advice. If you are lucky and find a special home that speaks to you, it is in a neighborhood you like and it falls into your price range then don’t wait!

You could be walking your dog in your new neighborhood while others still are sitting on the fence…waiting for the right time!
